I research the agent, the interested buyer, the lender, and the title company. Having a comfort level with all parties ensures that everyone will play fairly in the same sandpit.

The Net is exactly how much you'll bring home at the time of closing, the Terms include the cost of closing, inspections, financial contingencies, etc., and the Risk simply means we take precautionary measure to ensure you're protected when the contract is accepted.
